SOUTH FAYE RETURN POLICY

We hope you love everything you order from South Faye! As a small business, we truly appreciate every purchase. If something doesn’t work out, please review our return policy below.

RETURNS

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the order date.
• All returns must be approved by South Faye before being shipped back.
• Once your return is approved, you have 4 days to ship your item back. Returns shipped after the 4-day window will not be accepted.
• Approved returns will be issued a refund to the original form of payment.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Items with stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, or signs of wear will not be accepted.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Sale/clearance items, accessories, and items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, your approved refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow several business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
