Local Pick up

SOUTH FAYE LOCAL PICKUP POLICY

We’re happy to offer local pickup for our South Faye customers! ♡ Please review our pickup policy before selecting local pickup at checkout.

PICKUP ORDERS

• Your order is NOT ready for pickup until you have received your pickup notification.
• Please do not arrive to pick up your order before receiving this notification, as your order may still be processing or being packaged.
• Once you receive your pickup notification, you have 7 days to pick up your order.
• All pickup orders will be placed in the designated pickup bin on the porch for easy and convenient pickup.
• Please make sure you are taking the correct order with your name on it.

7-DAY PICKUP WINDOW

Orders must be picked up within 7 days of receiving your pickup notification.

If you are unable to pick up your order within the 7-day window, please contact South Faye as soon as possible to make arrangements.

PICKUP RESPONSIBILITY

Once an order has been placed in the designated pickup bin and the customer has been notified that it is ready, South Faye is not responsible for orders that are lost, misplaced, damaged, or taken after being made available for pickup.

By selecting local pickup at checkout, you acknowledge and agree to our Local Pickup Policy.
